Empanadas Deluxe 603 is family owned food truck and catering company bringing authentic Hispanic and Latin Caribbean flavors to New Hampshire. What started as a small tent setup has grown into a full-service food truck, weekly meal prep service, and catering business focused on fresh ingredients and community connection.

We specialize in authentic favorites including handcrafted empanadas, freshly squeezed limeade, rice bowls, taco kits, taquitos, churros, and a variety of gluten-free options. Our menu blends traditional recipes with modern convenience, offering something for everyone to enjoy.
In addition to public events and festivals, we proudly provide private food truck rentals and catering services for employee appreciation events, corporate gatherings, school functions, weddings, birthday parties, community celebrations, and more.

Our weekly meal service offers convenient, ready-to-enjoy meals for busy families and individuals looking for flavorful, high-quality food without the prep work. New menu is available on Monday evenings. Pre order by Thursday 9pm. Pick up on Sunday starting at 5pm at 115 B Main St, Salem, NH
