Colliers Represents EZ Centric Corp in Expansion to New Salem, NH Facility

Colliers, a global leader in commercial real estate services, is pleased to announce that EZ Centric Corp has leased 12,569 SF of industrial space at 7D Raymond Avenue in Salem, New Hampshire.

EZ Centric Corp, established in 2020, is a premier third-party service provider supporting e-commerce sellers and manufacturers throughout the U.S. consumer market. The company offers a comprehensive range of logistics solutions, including fulfilment services, nationwide expedited shipping, returns processing, warehouse management, value-added services for consumer electronics, and after-sales support.

The new location marks an expansion for EZ Centric, which is currently based at 6 Delaware Drive in Salem. The additional space will support the company’s continued growth and allow for increased service capacity. The move is also expected to create new job opportunities within the Salem community.

The transaction was facilitated by Colliers’ New Hampshire office, which represented the tenant, EZ Centric Corp. The landlord, GHK Company LLC, is also based in Rockingham County.
