We will learn simple exercises to help release tension\, ground energy\, connect to creativity and experience expansion.\n\n\n\nPlease wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to move. The movement practices are adaptable to all ability levels and can be modified to fit your body. Some movements are more rigorous and some are more gentle. This workshop will help soothe your nervous system and give you practical exercises you can do every day to improve your energy and your health.
