Restorative Yoga consists of floor based yoga poses with the intention to relax muscles and the mind.
Practitioners will be guided into gentle positions while listening to the soothing sounds of Crystal Bowls, Tongue Drum, and a Rain Stick, set to the background of soft music.
Class with conclude with 15 minutes of Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) wherethe practitioner will enter a deeper state of conscious relaxation.
Wear comfortable clothes, and bring your yoga mat.
