Colliers Sells 62,000 SF in Two Industrial Buildings in Plaistow, New Hampshire

Colliers, a global leader in commercial real estate services, is pleased to announce the sale of 55 Westville Road in Plaistow, New Hampshire, to MRM Plaistow, LLC. The property consists of two industrial buildings totaling 62,000 SF on 4.72 acres. The buildings are fully leased to Pexco, a high-performance plastics solutions and custom extrusions company.
