Deconstruct the poses and transitions of Surya Namaskar to develop a safe and
fulfilling vinyasa practice.

Description: Sun Salutations are an integral part of any vinyasa yoga class. This workshop will
breakdown the physical postures of the Namaskar series and deconstruct the tricky transitions
the sequence asks of us. Each pose will be looked at with an eye toward alignment and helpful
modifications in order to develop a safe practice for all bodies and levels.We will then unify the
practice by weaving together the poses with the breath to illuminate the full benefit of the sun
salutation sequence.

 

Modifications and prop usage will be an integral part of this workshop.
